Returns and Exchanges
EU Return Policy
We offer a full refund on items bought at full price, in original condition, within 14 days after date of delivery.
Items bought at a sale or with a discount code of 20% or more, cannot be returned or exchanged and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issue.
Please note, that we do not offer to cover the shipping costs of returns.

UK Return Policy
Unfortunately, due to the administration and costs associated with Brexit we no longer offer returns on UK orders.
International Return Policy
We currently do not offer returns on International orders.
On receipt of your return and after an inspection to ensure it meets the return requirement above, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
On approval your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We offer exchanges in the EU, for items bought at full price. We are happy to exchange your order to a different size in the same model and color, as your original purchase.

UK and International Exchange
We currently do not offer exchanges on UK and International orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We suggest you send your returned item by a tracked delivery method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Taxes & Dutie
Will I have to pay customs & taxes?
All Uk and International packages may be subject to taxes and duties. Local import taxes and duties are NOT included in our prices at checkout.
You may get charged additional fees depending on rules & regulations in your home country.
(Taxes and duties within the EU are included in our final prices at checkout).
Will you reimburse my import taxes & duties?
Under no circumstance will we refund/reimburse any taxes, duties or vat. charged by the customers local government.
Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
What happens if I refuse my UK and International order?
If you have refused an order due to taxes or duties, your order will be returned to us. We will give you a store credit minus the shipping fee.
We do not give any refunds in connection with refused orders.
If your order has arrived damaged please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging so that we can investigate and resolve to your satisfaction.
